Steven is a Strategist at Impact Employee Communications, having 15 years experience on client and agency side within B2B and B2C marcomms, advertising and internal communications disciplines. He owned and ran a successful creative communications agency in the UK between 2003 and 2010.
Coming from a design and communication background, Steven has developed long term relationships with large UK corporates, primarily in the financial and real estate sectors, including Halifax plc, Intelligent Finance, Lloyds Banking Group, Bradford & Bingley, Marriott Hotel Group, Morrisons, Bellway plc and KPMG. In addition, he has gained valuable experience working with public sector and not for profit organisations including APSE, Construction Skills, DfEE and Department of Transport.
Steven offers extensive experience in the development of internal communications strategies, internal brand development, learning & development platform design, reward & recognition programmes, product development, business conferences, communications audits, and the visual branding of corporate environments to communicate and embed organisational vision and change.
At Impact, Steven is working on a broad selection of projects ranging from trade marketing, leadership development toolkits, EVP communications, sales engagement initiatives, communications strategy development, brand refresh campaigns, and engagement collateral for large-scale organisations including KFC and Microsoft.
With an academic background related to creativity and communication, including a postgraduate diploma in Creative Technology, Steve is currently studying for a Master of Art at UNSW in Sydney.
